Train&Track
Plan workouts, scan food with AI, watch your strength grow.
A fitness app I designed and built on my own: workout plans, nutrition and body progress in one app, in six languages.

The problem
My training, nutrition and body weight lived in three different apps. None of them showed how one affects the other.
What I built
- A Flutter app with MVVM and a feature-first architecture; workout plans and live set logging.
- Nutrition tracking with AI food recognition and a barcode scanner (OpenFoodFacts).
- Offline-first with a local database (Drift) synced to Supabase; Apple Health integration.
- Subscriptions via RevenueCat, a website on Cloudflare and my own admin panel for bug reports and the exercise library.
Results
- Training, nutrition and body progress in one app instead of three.
- Log food with a photo or a barcode instead of typing it all in.
- Works offline in the gym and syncs once you are back online.
- Available in six languages.
